Group Therapy

The best care

Group therapy brings a unique dynamic to the counseling process in which a number individuals meet together in the company of a trained therapist. This unique experience allows group members to participate in personal growth while gaining insight, support, and feedback from their fellow group members in a safe and confidential environment. 
 

Groups will be organized as a need and interest is identified, and will usually meet on a weekly basis for a set period of time. Interested individuals will be screened as a prerequisite to offer a clear understanding of group counseling and to ensure the group will be comprised of appropriate individuals.
